Terms of service

Last updated 17 July 2026

These terms govern your use of the Orbit-360 website and client portal. By signing in to the portal or using this site, you agree to them. Where you have a separate written agreement with us, that agreement takes precedence over these terms if they conflict.

The service

Orbit-360 is a managed audit service. Our team runs SEO and AI-search audits on the websites you engage us to review, our specialists curate the results, and your portal presents the reports, scores, and action plans. Portal access is read-only and provided to the people you nominate.

Your account

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, probing or disrupting our systems, scraping the portal, or using the service for anything unlawful.

Connected services

If you connect a Google service to your reporting, that connection is read-only, is used solely to show your data alongside your audit results, and can be disconnected by you at any time. Our handling of that data is described in our privacy policy. Your use of Google services remains subject to Google's own terms.

Our content and yours

Reports, scores, and action plans we produce for you are yours to use for your business. The Orbit-360 platform, its design, and its underlying methods remain ours. Data you provide or connect remains yours; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you.

Service availability

We aim to keep the portal available at all times, but it is provided "as is" and we may occasionally need to take it offline for maintenance. We are not liable for losses arising from temporary unavailability.

Audits and advice

Our reports are professional recommendations based on the evidence gathered at the time of each audit. Search engines and AI platforms change constantly; we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or visibility outcomes.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under law. Otherwise, our total liability arising from your use of the website or portal is limited to the fees you have paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Ending access

We may suspend or end portal access if these terms are breached or when an engagement ends. You can ask us to close your access at any time; our privacy policy explains what happens to your data.

General

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If we make material changes we will update this page and the date at the top. Questions? Email admin@orbit-360.co.uk.
